Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how people find our website and which of our marketing actually leads to service inquiries. These tools collect:

• Usage Data: Pages you view, buttons and links you click (such as tapping our phone number), and how you move through the site
• Ad-Click Identifiers: If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, an identifier called a GCLID that tells us which ad and keyword brought you here
• Campaign and Referral Data: The page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you clicked

We use this information to measure our marketing, spend our advertising budget responsibly, and improve our website and services. We do not sell this information.

Enhanced Conversions (Hashed Contact Information)

When you submit a contact form on our website, we share your email address and phone number with Google in a privacy-protective, scrambled format: the values are converted to a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) before they are sent. Google uses the hashed values only to match your inquiry to an ad click so we can measure which ads lead to real customer inquiries. The hash cannot be reversed to reveal your actual email address or phone number, and Google processes this data under its Ads Data Processing Terms. We never share your unhashed email address or phone number with Google or any other advertising platform.

Your Analytics and Advertising Choices

• Google Analytics Opt-Out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to stop Google Analytics from collecting your usage data
