Kris and Jennifer Record started Jeneral Plumbing in 2023 as they prepared to welcome their daughter, Eliana. They wanted a business that could support their family and serve the neighbors around them. Their Christian faith shapes how they approach that responsibility: explain the work honestly, respect the home, and take care with what has been entrusted to them.
The name is a tribute to Jenn. Her creativity and encouragement helped turn Kris’s field experience into a company, and she continues to shape how the business looks and communicates as Co-owner, Marketing & Creative Director.
Kris moved into the business full-time in August 2025. Jeneral Plumbing remains a family owned plumbing company based in Westford, MA, and as it grows, the goal is to keep the conversation that matters most: what is happening in your home, what we found, and which option makes sense for you.

How We Price Work
We price repairs and installations by the job. Before work starts, you receive the proposed work and flat-rate price, including any known exclusions or separate trade needs.
Regular-hours visits have an $80 dispatch fee — the cost of the visit, waived when you hire us for the work. Off-hours, holiday, and Sunday dispatch has a $599 emergency callout fee — non-refundable, non-negotiable, collected prior to dispatch, covers the dispatch only and is never applied to repair work.
